At Hikmatpoint, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products. We understand returns may be necessary, and our policy aims to make the process clear and straightforward.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are considered under the following conditions:
Bundles: The Hikmatpoint product bundle is eligible for return or exchange only if all product seals remain unopened.
Allergies: Customers with documented allergies to any ingredients in the Majoon products may be eligible for a partial refund. A full refund is not applicable in this case.
Final Sale Items: The herbal oil included in the bundle is non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to its nature.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
Customers must request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the parcel (day of delivery inclusive).
How to Initiate a Return

To expedite the claim, please share a clear image of the parcel showing the delivery slip attached.
Our team will arrange pickup via an authorized courier service.
Refunds & Deductions
A flat deduction of PKR. 500 applies to all refunds (this deduction is waived for exchanges).
Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 24 business hours.
Change of Mind
Returns or exchanges based on a change of mind are not accepted.
